Returns & Refunds


We gladly accept returns on some items. The following cannot be return due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only the item value can be refunded, not delivery costs.
To arrange a return please contact us within 14 days of delivery and post items back within 21 days of delivery. Tracked postage is recommended as we are unable to refund items that did not make it back to us.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind about your order or if you notice any problems. We may be unable to cancel your order if we have started to process it.


Damaged or faulty items

We always try to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives and you are not happy with it please get in touch with us to resolve the problem. We always ask for a photo of the problem for our records and please keep the item incase it needs to be returned.

Late orders

If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery times on our website then it is possible that your item may be delayed or lost so please get in touch and we will investigate. If your order has been delayed to an issue that we have, we will always let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated.
